I have been informed that W. Bro. Allan Chandler passed to the “Grand Lodge Above” yesterday evening 10 June 2022, following, what is believed to have been, a heart attack.
W Bro Darren Graves, his son-in-law, will, in due course, update me with the funeral arrangements.
W. Bro Allan was initiated into Freemasonry in the Llangeinor Lodge No. 4194 on 6th June 2001 and raised to the Sublime Degree of a Master Mason on 3rd April 2002. He was installed as the Lodge’s Worshipful Master in May 2010.
He was exalted in Atholl Chapter No. 1752, and installed as First Principal in November 2012
He would have celebrated his 75th birthday on 2nd August this year.

Further to my earlier message about W. Bro. Allan Chandler’s passing to the “Grand Lodge Above”,
W Bro Darren Graves, W. Bro Allan’s son-in-law, has now informed me that Allan’s funeral will be held at
11.30 on Tuesday July 5th at Bridgend Crematorium.
And after the funeral all are invited to join the family at the
Masonic Hall Bridgend.
