Some very sad news
I am sorry to report that W. Bro and E Comp Keith Mayne passed away yesterday ( 7th August) afternoon.
Keith was taken to the Princess of Wales hospital last Wednesday morning at 4 am following a fall and was hospitalised in ward 10 where, waiting for a care package to allow his return home, he passed to the Grand Lodge above.
I have no other information at present but shall keep you informed as I become aware of any developments.
W. Bro Keith was initiated into Freemasonry in Llangeinor Lodge No 4194 on 5th March 1986, Passed on 4th February 1987 and Raised on 7th October 1987. He
Was installed in the Chair of King Solomon in May 1997;
He was Exalted in Adare Chapter No 9247 on 27th February 1998 and installed as First Principal in June 2011.
He was a Past President of the Rotary Club of Llantrisant. |

The funeral service for W. Bro /E Comp Keith will be held at Ewenny Priory Church on Friday 25th August at 13.00 hrs.
Following which, light refreshments, at the Heronston Hotel .
A private , family service will be held at Bridgend Crematorium.
The family ask that any donations in lieu of flowers be made to “ Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis” ( details below or through the undertaker).
