Some very sad news,
It is with great sadness that I have to tell you that Nick Lewis passed away peacefully yesterday 30th August 2020 surrounded by his family.
I received the notification below from Sue and the family which I have been asked to circulate.

We would like to inform all our friends that our lovely Nick passed away peacefully at home on Sunday afternoon with all of us with him. Thank you all for the friendship, love, help and support you gave him and us,

Vicki & Aled, Caroline & Ash, Sian & Duncan. He will be missed terribly by us and the grandchildren Dylan, William, Eleanor &
Rohan”.

Nick was a long time friend and confidant. He was a member of Ogmore Lodge No 1752, South Wales Jurist Lodge No.7092, Adare Chapter No 9247, and a frequent visitor at many other Lodges and Chapters, a long time member of "Rotary Bridgend, a lifetime member of Bridgend Round Table and Bridgend 41 Club. He will be greatly missed by many.

Nick Lewis.
Because of the difficult times and the restrictions on the numbers permitted to attend funerals there has been a suggestion that those wishing to show their respect and make their farewells to Nick should do so by lining the route of the cortege from Wesfield House.
However, Susan and the family have requested a private service.
Whilst the family is extremely grateful for the offer to line the route, they feel it might be too distressing and possibly overwhelming for them.
The family, however, intend to have a memorial at a later date when Covid restrictions are relaxed.
The family have set up a “just-giving” and invite donations in memory of Nick.
