Existing Bar
|
The
Trustees who manage the Hall have been aware for some years that
our bar facilities were inadequate and were a poor attraction
for the social aspects of Freemasonry and for our efforts to
rent the premises for weddings, lectures and other functions. |

Many hours
of discussion have proved beneficial and the Trustees have
secured planning approval from Bridgend County Borough Council
allowing us to extend the existing bar. We are looking to
commence work early in April. This should provide ample
time to complete the work by September when, hopefully,
our Masonic activities can resume. |

The bar
extension will benefit all users of the building and
enhance the facilities for every meeting, Ladies' Festivals,
Good Neighbours Club and many of our internal, and
external functions, for now and for the future. No more
time consuming queues at the bar on Lodge nights and especially
at Installations.
